The personal alarm connects the user with a 24/7 monitoring team, who will respond once the pendant button is pressed. Should the alarm wearer have a fall, feel unwell or feel unsafe they can press the button on their pendant or base unit. A message will be sent to the monitoring team. The monitoring team will assess the situation and arrange the appropriate help. The call handler will call family members, neighbours and close friends who have been selected by the wearer to be the first port of call in an emergency. If the situation requires medical assistance, they can contact emergency services at your location.

What is a personal alarm?

A personal alarm works by featuring a distinctive SOS button. When you press the button, it will trigger a call either to your nominated contacts or to an operator, depending on which service you choose. You can the get the help you need. You can wear a personal alarm on your wrist or around your neck as a pendant.
The device comes ready to use straight out of the box. All you need to do is follow the steps and you are ready to take your alarm with you, wherever you go.

How does it activate?

If you push the SOS panic button, you will receive immediate assistance from the call alert centre. the panic alarm button alerts the team to check on your situation and, if necessary, escalate for an appropriate response. The device also has a built-in fall sensor in case of emergency when you can’t press the SOS button.

Fall Detection

With a personal alarm device, you do not need to press the SOS button to get help. Our sensor-enabled fall alarm detects when someone falls and calls for help when they might not be able to. This could include being unconscious after falling.
The fall sensor will trigger a call on your device automatically. Connection will be directly to an operator, or to your family and friends.

Who answers the SOS message?
Our experienced UK based 24/7 monitoring team is only ever a button press away. The experienced monitoring team will use the base unit’s loudspeaker to speak with the user, assess the situation and arrange the appropriate help.
What is fall detection?
The device contains has a built-in height sensor (also known as an altimeter). when a fall occurs it will raise the alarm automatically and contact the alarm monitoring centre. This means there is no need for the user to press the alarm button.
Who comes to help me?
We will send the right help to your location, whether that's your named contacts or the emergency services.
Who is it for?
